Bryan has been professionally training for over 15 years and is extremely knowledgeable in exercise physiology which includes - but is not limited to: medical exercise therapy, sports rehab (post injury), preventive injury and cardiovascular conditioning. There is more to working out than just sweating in the gym. Having a well thought-out plan combining exercise and nutrition is essential for achieving your goals.
As your personal on-line trainer, Bryan will chart your progress, analyze and design a custom tailored exercise program to fit your needs - seeing what works for you and what doesn't. Up to 80% of your success in the gym is attributed to nutrition, so Bryan will combine exercise and nutrition together to help you achieve your desired results.
